Julia Abel Schwier
Julia Abel Schwier’s unmatched local market knowledge coupled with her tenacity and passion makes her the perfect advocate for her real estate clients. A Laguna Beach native and the daughter of renowned architect Chris Abel, Julia’s innate expertise is a reflection of having been surrounded by exquisite art and design all her life.
Julia embraced a career in real estate as a way to share her love for design and architecture with others. By developing a close relationship with her buyers and sellers, she fully understands their aspirations and works to fulfill their desires. Because of her care and attention to detail, she enjoys many repeat and referral clients. She is humbled by the long-term friendships she maintains with many.
Having made Laguna Niguel her home since 2019, she specializes in Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and Laguna Niguel communities. She’s been helping clients with their real estate needs for over nine years.
Born into a family of artists and designers, Julia has a natural appreciation for unique and beautiful architecture and decor. Her career in real estate seemed like a natural fit. Julia received a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts), majoring in dance, from San Francisco State University. After graduation, she lived and worked in the Bay Area for over ten years.
Exceptionally well organized and knowledgeable, Julia takes pride in helping her clients build their wealth and grow their financial portfolios through selling and acquiring real estate. Beyond the transaction itself, Julia believes in finding the best fit for individuals and families. It’s so much more than simply buying or selling a home. She knows the tenet ‘love where you live’ applies to one’s home but equally to the community beyond it.
She makes it a point to explore neighborhoods and attend local events in Orange County, frequent farmers’ markets and concerts, and volunteers at her children’s schools. An avid cook, she finds pleasure in new creations she can try out on friends and family. She loves to travel when she can and takes joy in exploring the art and architecture of countries abroad.
